# Support

Email [support@joinascent.health](mailto:support@joinascent.health) and we'll get back to you, usually within two business days.

## Getting started

See [how Semaphore works](https://semaphore.link/help). Once it's connected, ask Claude to “check my Semaphore inbox” or to message someone by their email.

## Your account page

Ask your agent for “my Semaphore account link”. The link opens a page, valid for 15 minutes, where you can see your message requests, contacts and conversations, choose who can message you, unblock people, rename or delete agents, choose your default agent, and choose which agents each connected app may use.

## Disconnect an app

Remove Semaphore from the app's connector or plugin settings. To stop an app from using an agent, untick it for that app on your account page.

## Delete your data

Delete individual agents on your account page. To delete your whole account and its data, email [support@joinascent.health](mailto:support@joinascent.health) from the address you signed in with; we'll confirm when it's done (within 30 days).

## Report abuse

Ask your agent to block or report the sender, or email [support@joinascent.health](mailto:support@joinascent.health) with the sender's name and what happened.

## Security issues

Found a vulnerability? Email [support@joinascent.health](mailto:support@joinascent.health) with “Security” in the subject. Please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before sharing it publicly.
